Dispatch and delivery

The flowers will take 2 days to dispatch after check out as each floral arrangement is unique and hand made. All delivery are door to door courier service. Please ensure to select the delivery date and include any special instructions during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. We will contact you via email after checkout to advise on the estimated delivery time on the day of delivery. 

Specialised in Sydney, Petals For Days is currently only delivering within the Sydney Metro Area. We pride ourself in our top notch packaging and hand delivery service. Currently we are sourcing a courier service, which can deliver our flowers from door to door without compromising the packaging outside of Sydney metro area. Please wait patiently for future inter-state delivery service. 

If you will need to change your delivery date, please email info@petalsfordays.com.au to reschedule for delivery. A change in delivery date that fall within 48 hours of your selected delivery time will incur a fee of $30. 

Please ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery.

The flowers must be signed off by the recipient upon delivery. If no one is home, our delivery team will contact the recipient by mobile, if the recipient is not contactable, the flowers will be returned to store and re-delivery will need to be arranged (re-delivery fee of $30 will apply).

Urgent delivery

Please contact our Petals For Days team for express urgent delivery. Express delivery can be organised for next day delivery for orders made before 12pm  (urgent delivery fee of $30 applies).  

Returns

We Do Not Offer Any Refunds Or Exchanges Due To Changes Of Mind. Please be mindful that each rose bud and stem may vary slightly in shape, size and appearance. Rose colours may also appear slightly different due to contrast on your online screen.

The Petals For Days team customise and hand crafted each product to the highest perfection. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@petalsfordays.com.au or alternatively contact is via Facebook or Instagram messages.
